UNIFORM ORDER FORM
Children are encouraged to wear our embroidered school uniform as it creates a sense of belonging and pride in our school. Our uniform colours and requirements are below:

Reminders:
All of the below uniform can be purchased from our uniform supplier Lollipops. They have a store in Berwick Hills, Middlesbrough. You will be able to go in store and try on sizing and make your orders there. Orders can either be delivered to your home for small charge or delivered to school each Friday, which will then come home with your child.
PE KIT
Please remember that children cannot participate in PE if they have had their ears recently pierced and cannot take out their earrings. We recommend that children have them pierced at the beginning of the summer holidays.

NB – Football shirts with logos are NOT acceptable for PE lessons. For all of the above only plain colours are acceptable. No multi-coloured markings are allowed.
UNIFORM SUPPLIER – LOLLIPOPS
All of the above uniform can be purchased from our uniform supplier Lollipops. They have a store in Berwick Hills, Middlesbrough. You will be able to go in store and try on sizing and make your orders there. They provide the your child’s initials on all Logo uniform free of charge for the first year (from March 2019). Orders can either be delivered to your home for small charge or delivered to school each Friday, which will then come home with your child.
