ParentMail & App

Click on the image opposite to visit ParentMail – our on-line communication and payment system for all goods and services provided by the school. This includes school meals, school discos and other fund raising activities and school trips. The only time that cash and cheques are allowed in school is for sponsored activities and for the payment of extra-curricular activities by external providers.

School meals, activities, school trips and fund raising activities are all posted on your child’s account for you to look at. There is no obligation to buy into fund raising activities but all parents are given the choice to see what is available for their child and then make an informed decision on their choices.

This system allows parents to pay for goods and services using their debit or credit card 24 hours per day and provides the flexibility of payment that parents have been requesting. We do not accept cash/cheques for any payments for services provided by school.

The best way to to use ParentMail is to download the free app. Using the app you can easily keep track of all messages from school (instead of cluttering your inbox!), report a pupil absence, pay for items, organise parents evenings appointments and attendance at events and complete online forms.
